Character: Aluminum Sodium Sulfate occurs as colorless crystals, white granules, or a powder. It is anhydrous or may contain up to 12 molecules of water of hydration. The anhydrous form is slowly soluble in water. The dodecahydrate is freely soluble in water, and it effloresces in air. Both forms are insoluble in alcohol.

Product Detail

Usage: in cakes, pastries, donuts, crackers and pies, pizza breads as a slow acting leavening agent; in double acting baking powder; in cheese to increase its acidic nature; in confectioneries; in water clarification
Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/ paper bag with PE liner.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
